Last day of school! Nothing special. Went outside with grade 8s for physed, playing soccer in the snow. Ugh.. then I went to Audrey's with Allison and we had lots of fun. Haaha. OHYEAH. The fire alarm went off in Audrey's apartment as soon as we got there! And we're all grabbing our stuff... we had to stay out in the cold... chewing very bad tasting gum. Then we decided it was a false alarm so we went back in, haha. Then I stayed there for a while and now I'm back! LAlalalfjkdsga. I got the piano music for We Go Together and You Are The One I Want from Grease from Ms D. Yipeeee, I'm gonna go play em now!

Penny Carnival

Today was the Penny Carnival from 9 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. We got to help out, and I seriously thought it was going to be fun. I was kinda sorta maybe totally completely wrong. I had to stand around in the exact same stop, screaming at kids and getting soaked in dirty water. Well it was just a carnival. You know... games, food, candy. I hated cleaning up in the end most though. Jeez those kids make a lot of mess. My back hurts like hell right now and my feet aren't too great either. Stupid sparkly facepaint was damn hard to get off, too. Miskiw cheated on me friggin like, five times today too. >.<

Just Another Day...


Well, yeh, it's just another day in my life. And I'm really bored...

Today I went to WalMart to get another video game... Fifa 08 (= Then I got some lunch with my dad and my brother. I didn't eat much because I had a big breakfast. Then I came home and talked to Audrey on the phone for a really long time, then I went for a walk, and now I'm on the computer. I'm going to go try that new game... then I'll get some reading done... then I'll walk my dog... by then it'll be suppertime... I'll get ready for school tomorrow... and if I have time I'll get back on the computer. Sounds like a plan.

My mom's leaving for Korea, 2 weeks, tomorrow. It's a bad thing. Also a good thing. I'll miss her.

A really BAD DAY >:(

Bad things that happened today (Aboriginal Day) :
I slipped and fell on ice this morning when I was walking to my bus stop.
I got something THROWN at on the bus.
I am so stupid -- Today was a baaaad day for wearing flats.
I had to eat that breadish stuff that Archie brought in... and I think Im allergic.
I had to see that "Crazy Cree" dancer, and I had to shake a damn rattle.
I had too much food during lunch and almost died.
I had to play stupid outdoor games in the freezing cold. Deep snow... flats...
I got screamed at by teachers today. A lot.
I had to wait out in the freezing cold for my dad to pick me up -- DAMN BROTHER.
I went down in EVERY SINGLE SUBJECT on my report card.
AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGG.

I'M GONNA GO study.

It's Been 6 Days

Haven't posted in the last 6 days. It was either I had nothing interesting to talk about or I was busy! Nothing important, really. I don't even remember half the things I did.

It's really warming up here. Snow's half of what it's been 2 days ago. It even started raining today... I think it's actually spring! Only thing, the snow's turned into ice cuz of the rain and now it's all... slippery...

Nothing today. Musical theater? Finished off Grease, we're performing the ending carnival scene. Hope it turns out alright!

Today was a pretty pathetic ass day so I'm going to include every little detail about it.

I woke up at 6 becuase I like to wake up before my alarm rings so that I don't have to listen to it's horrifying sound. Anyway, I got dressed and stuff and went to school. I was right on time for the bus thankfully since it was freezing out! Didn't do much on the bus. The usual throwing of random objects and very loud school bus din. :P Audrey wasn't here for the morning though, so it was lonely since Khalid was suspended, too. I was all alone on the right side of the classroom. Math was boring and I don't even remember doing science... Then we had locker break. I was playing Bullshit with Janay and Dylan and Jordan and Dean and Ty but it was getting boring so I went and watched Allie and Audrey and Catherine play Uno :P Today was the first time I met Mr Haywood Farmer (lmfao!) and yeah... no. We had LA and we had to rewrite our summary of our week off and Maryssa ended up correcting mine and I spelt mom wrong for some reason! xD We had to get a new novel study book called Hatchet and it looks really gay. Next we had lunch break and me and Allison and Audrey went to the library to volunteer. It was too cold to go out, anyway. Then we had lunch. We had beef stew, bun, and an apple square on the menu. Beef stew was disgusting so I just had the apple square :P Then I had musical theater. We had to mime again except by ourselves. I ended up going up three times. Once playing a baseball position, once playing a customer at a restaurant and once as a coach at a swimming pool. Then we had ILC where I had to do another novel study and as always, it was boring. Then we had homeroom which was hectic as usual and Ms Miller was mad... as usual. After school a couple guys (Jordan, Dylan, Dean, Justin, Ty, David) were climbing the fence in the field and they're all like, jumping off of it. It was really scary watching them so me and Janay were screaming at them not to jump and I guess they kinda got creeped out. On the bus ride home, I didn't do anything but listen to people's conversations, hahaa. Now I'm here and I don't have any plans today!

Mother With One Eye


Well again, nothing too special happened today! Except it was the first day of muscial theater and it's pretty cool :)
To make my post longer, I found a story!:

My mom only had one eye.
I hated her... she was such an embarressment..
my mom ran a small shop at a flea market.
she collected little weeds and such to sell...
anything for the money we needed
she was such an embarressment.
there was this one day during elementary school..
it was field day, and my mom came.
I was so embarressed. how could she do this to me? threw her a hateful look and ran out.

the next day at school...

"your mom only has one eye?!?!" ..and they taunted me.

I wished that my mom would just dissappear from this world so i said to my mom, "mom.. why dont you have the other eye?! if you're only gonna make me a laughingstock, why dont you just die?!!!" my mom did not respond.. I guess I felt a little bad, but at the same time, it felt
good to think that i had said what I'd wanted to say all this time..


maybe it was because my mom hadnt punished me, but i didnt think that i had hurt her feelings very badly.

that night...

I woke up, and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. my mom was crying there, so quietly, as if she was afraid that she might wake me. I took a look at her, then turned away because of the thing I had said to her earlier, there was something pinching at me in the corner of my heart. even so, I hated my mother who was crying out of her one eye.
so I told myself that I would grow up and become successful. cause I hated &! nbsp;my one-eyed mom and our desperate poverty..

then I studied real hard.

I left my mother and came to Seoul and studied, and got accepted in the Seoul University with all the confidence I had. then, I got married.

I bought a house of my own.
then I had kids, too..
now I'm living happily as a successful man.

I like it here because it's a place that doesnt remind me of my mom.
this happiness was getting bigger and bigger, when.. what?! who's this?!

...it was my mother... ..still with her one eye.
it felt as if the whole sky was falling apart on me.
my little girl ran away, scared of my mom's eye.
and I asked her, "who are you?!"
"I dont know you!!!" as if trying to make that real. I screamed at her," how dare you come to my house and scare my daughter!"

"GET OUT OF HERE! NOW!!!"



and to this, my mother quietly answered, "oh, I'm so sorry. I may have gotten the wrong address," and she dissappeared out of sight. thank good ness... she doesnt recognize me..
I was quite relieved.

I told myself that I wasnt going to care, or think about this for the rest of my life. then a wave of relief came upon me...

one day, a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house. so, lying to my wife that I was going on a business trip, I went. after the reunion, I went down to the old shack, that I used to call a house...just out of curiosity there, I found my mother fallen on the cold ground.

but I did not shed a single tear.
she had a piece of paper in her hand.... it was a letter to me.

my son...

I think my life has been long enough now..
and... I wont visit Seoul anymore...
but would it be too much to ask if I wanted you to come visit me once in a while? I miss you so much.. and i was so glad when I heard you were coming for the reunion. but I decided not to go to the school. ...for you... and I'm sorry that I only have one eye, and I was an embarressment for you.

you see, when you were very little, you got into an accident, and lost your eye. as a mom, I couldnt stand watching you having to grow up with only one eye... so I gave you mine... I was so proud of my son that was seeing a whole new world for me, in my place, with that eye. I was never upset at you for anything you did.. the couple times that you were angry with me,.. I thought to myself, 'it's because he loves me..'

my son... oh, my son...

I dont want you to cry for me, because of my death.

I hate school. I seriously hate it. But it was a good day at school. More good than usual (= I have my personal reasons. Gym was stupid but health was OK :P Twister annnnd Monopolyy annnnd Risk ! We are such children D:

My dad and my grandmum came back today! Yipee. WITH GIFTS! (= Yupyup for me and my brother. We got a PSP and I got a new keychain which is awesomer than it sounds and some new clothes.

The weather is keeping up though. -24 today and it's still snowing! Damn snow won't ever stop. >_>

I hate school. I seriously hate it. But it was a good day at school. More good than usual (= I have my personal reasons. Gym was stupid but health was OK :P Twister annnnd Monopolyy annnnd Risk ! We are such children D:

My dad and my grandmum came back today! Yipee. WITH GIFTS! (= Yupyup for me and my brother. We got a PSP and I got a new keychain which is awesomer than it sounds and some new clothes.

The weather is keeping up though. -24 today and it's still snowing! Damn snow won't ever stop. >_>

Well I really don't think your day will get any better than mine!

Well I got over the whole MSN thing... I DID save my contacts so I have them all back on my new account. (= Hehee.

Nothing happened yesterday except Audrey came over... LOL we had funn.

Todaay it was really cold! -27.. and I got icecream! Whewt.

And tomorrow, my dad and my grandmum are coming up from Vancouver and it's the first day of school after teachers convention (= Can't wait till tuesday -- first day of musical drama!
